The Canadian mutant Wolverine, of the Uncanny X-Men, ventures into the Savage Land, the land that time forgot, seeking answers. Among a tribe of natives, Logan finds a place hunting the great beasts that walked the earth millions of years ago, but all is not as it seems. Things turn ugly when Wolverine comes face-to-face with the five-thousand year old mutant tyrant known as Apocalypse.
