At the Brand Corporation’s Queens facility, a horrible accident changes the Tarantula into an eight-legged freak! And the grotesque creature immediately lashes out at everyone in sight including your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! But once Will-O’-the-Wisp and the Tarantula plunge into Jamaica Bay, the crisis looks to be over. Later that evening the web-slinger pays a visit to the home of the Brand Corp’s executive director! Spidey is looking for evidence! However he finds…the Wisp and the Tarantula! The old gang is getting back together again! Origin of Will-O’-the-Wisp.
